HPASS offers are only made to students who have gained an offer of a place or normal admission to a course based on their academic qualifications. However, it is not necessary to wait for an offer of a place before submitting your application form.
Please note that HPASS selection is not guaranteed and the panels' decision on the level of each applicant will be final - all applications are assessed via a selection panel along with background checks to confirm the current level of competition.
