WHEN: Monday's 21:00 - 22:30

If you're looking for a chance to use the Pool facilities free of charge then this is the session for you! Suitable for confident swimmers who can swim a length in deep water.

WHERE:  Meet outside Rubix

NHS Couch to 5K will help you gradually work up towards running 5km in just 9 weeks. This programme is based on the NHS model and faciliated by our Running and Athletics activators.

Female Only Learn to Box. Whether you are brushing up on some skills or learning a completely new skill Learn to Box is the most practical way to get involved.

Free Sport Touch Rugby

WHERE: PAGP 3 Pitch C at Surrey Sports Park

WHEN: Wednesday's 14:00 - 15:00

Join us for a fun and inclusive Touch Rugby session open to all abilities! Whether you're a seasoned player or trying it for the first time, this non-contact version of rugby is a great way to get active, meet new people, and enjoy team sport in a relaxed environment. No experience or equipment needed, just turn up and get involved!

Learn To Swim

Learn To Tennis 'Play'

The 'Learn to Tennis – Play' program is designed for intermediate players who already play regularly and want more practice to improve their skills. It’s also a great opportunity to meet others at a similar level and make new friends from the university.

Learn To Tennis 'Compete'

WHEN: Saturday's 14:30 - 15:30 or
Sunday's 14:30 - 15:30

The ‘Learn to Tennis - Compete’ program is aimed at University Students who are ready to take their tennis to the next level and experience the excitement of match play. This session is designed for confident players who can rally and serve consistently. The focus of the course is to develop tactical awareness, match management, and a competitive mindset, while connecting with others along the way.
