The Running and Athletics club are bringing back the Run and Brew Crew for a social, light 5k run. Meet them outside the library ready to arrive at Pret in Guildford where you can buy some breakfast/ hot drink with the running crew. Don't worry you don’t have to buy anything, and you can come along for the vibes.

Female only Brazilian Jui Jitsu session ran by Mavericks Academy, get to learn the basics of Self Defence and everything Mixed Martial Arts. This session is available for women to get involved in Mixed Martial Arts with the aim of learning the skills needed to defend themselves enugh to join any of our combat sports/teams.

Join us for a fun and inclusive Touch Rugby session open to all abilities! Learn To Swim

Learn To Tennis 'Play'

The 'Learn to Tennis – Play' program is designed for intermediate players who already play regularly and want more practice to improve their skills. It’s also a great opportunity to meet others at a similar level and make new friends from the university.

The ‘Learn to Tennis - Compete’ program is aimed at University Students who are ready to take their tennis to the next level and experience the excitement of match play. This session is designed for confident players who can rally and serve consistently. The focus of the course is to develop tactical awareness, match management, and a competitive mindset, while connecting with others along the way.
